About Siam

TELLURIDE'S RESTAURANT SINCE 2006

We couldn't have said it better ourselves:

“Siam isn’t just one of our favorite restaurants in Telluride; it’s one of our top Asian fusion and Thai spots in the entire state.”

-Denver’s 5280 Magazine

Our Thai Chefs

MAKING SIAM HUM NIGHT AFTER NIGHT

Our chefs, who call Telluride and Thailand home, are the soul behind each dish served. Annually, they return to their homeland where they are classically trained in the art of Thai cooking. When they return to Telluride, they pay that homage forward.

Each minute detail, each hand-picked ingredient is what sets the bar high. It is also their relentless perfectionism that translates to timeless, authentic Thai cuisine, cuisine that has been savored and sought-after for the last 13 years.

New Siam Owners

SAME AUTHENTIC TASTE

Although we reside in Tucson most of the year, we've called Telluride home for several decades and throughout the years we've owned restaurants in downtown Telluride - Las Montañas and The Llama. When asked if we were interested in purchasing Siam, it didn't take much convincing. In 2018, we took over the reins from the original Siam family - the Badgers - whose recipes continue to live on in this new iteration of Siam. Undoubtedly, we know it is the beloved taste of Thai food - it's warmth, flavors, textures and traditions - that has made Siam a staple among Telluride restaurants. We intend to carry on in that same vein. We hope you join us.

Cheers,

Fletcher & Liz McCusker

A P.S. On Siam's Talay

Siam in Telluride is not, in any way, affiliated with Siam's Talay Grille, located in Mountain Village. Talay Grille is a completely separate business with different owners, chefs and menu options.
